MM&I Remodeling isn’t just another contractor, we’re your neighbors, and this is personal.
In the early 90s Piotr Pawlowski, began his construction career by completing 3 years of trade school follow up with electrical degree, during that time he started as an apprenticeship with his uncle home improvement company in 1999 Piotr Pawlowski founded MM&I remodeling and began his solo journey with over 30 years experience MM&I has spent over 25 years delivering custom remodeling solutions across Boerne, San Antonio, and the Texas Hill Country. What started as a one-man operation has grown into a full-service, award-winning design-build company, still family-run, still rooted in values like integrity, precision, and service.

If you work with MM&I, you work with Piotr, our founder, lead designer, and quality control expert.
He’s not just passionate about remodeling. He’s obsessed with doing it right, down to the last cabinet hinge. Piotr’s involvement in every project means you’re not passed off to a project manager you’ve never met. He listens, guides, designs, and delivers… with craftsmanship that speaks for itself.
Jennifer: The Heart Behind the
Process
Behind every seamless remodel is Jennifer Kelley, our Operations Manager and creative partner. She ensures everything runs on budget, while supporting clients throughout the entire process.
Jennifer’s background in management, accounting and customer care adds another layer of polish to the MM&I experience.
Meet Ryan Pawlowski: Remodeler In Training
Welcome Ryan! Our newest team member in training is Piotr and Jennifer’s son, Ryan. You’ll often catch him at our Boerne office, soaking up the business shredding papers and helping out when he can.
While he isn’t quite swinging a hammer yet, Ryan is working hard at learning the ropes from his dad, one blueprint at a time. According to Ryan, the best remodeling company in town will soon be known as MM&I & Sons Remodeling.
